So it’s been a whirlwind of craziness over here, so I’ll dive into it. I contacted BSN about the remaining cleats that were ordered and not delivered yet. After a few back and forth messages, and a phone call, the rep saw that players had paid for cleats, but they were not delivered. But furthermore, the cleats were not sent to BSN from Nike to have enough stock to deliver.

I started to panic and 1st asked about refunds for the cleats not delivered. They are finalizing that, as some of you may have already received your refunds. If you have not yet, they are coming ASAP.

My next point of panic was to try and see if the cleats we had ordered were available anywhere else for the remaining players.

I was able to find they are available at Dick’s Sporting Goods online. So I contacted the local store and talked to the Co-Manager Andrew and we were able to work out the best we could to get those cleats to the remaining players. He claimed that the players could bring in those Dick’s coupons I handed out previously and he could honor the $10 of their current price of $89.99. He also said if they are ordered in store, it would be free shipping to your house.

The cost you will probably be refunded is close to $86.50. The cost at Dick’s will be close to $90. Andrew is working this weekend. Please tell him you are with Slidell Baseball.

This is the list of players who were affected and will not receive a shipment from BSN, but will get a refund creditted back to whichever card was used.
